National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA)

NCMA is the national trade association representing the producers and suppliers of concrete masonry products, including concrete block, manufactured stone veneer, segmental retaining walls, and articulating concrete block. The Association’s mission, through nearly a century of advocacy, remains to advance, protect and promote the common interests of its members. Through leadership, promotion, education, research, government relations and partnering, NCMA ensures that members’ products are the building materials of choice.


Minnesota Concrete & Masonry Contractors Association (MC&MCA)

Formed in 1964, the Minnesota Concrete & Mason Contractors Association (MC&MCA) is a nonprofit trade association comprised of over 100 concrete and masonry contractors and related companies doing business in Minnesota. Their objectives are to develop and stimulate business opportunities, create public awareness of the advantages of industry products and services, promote masonry and concrete to design professionals, coordinate efforts to improve conditions within the industry, promote and encourage cooperation with other affiliated trade associations, and represent contractor member interests in collective bargaining.


Concrete Products Group (CPG)

Construction Specification Institute (CSI)

The Construction Specification Institute (CSI) is a national association of more than 9,500 professionals, including specifiers, architects, engineers, contractors, facility managers, product representatives, manufacturers, owners, and others who are experts in the industry who work together to improve the quality of construction specifications. CSI members are experts in building construction and the materials used therein and are dedicated to improving the communication of construction information. The mission of CSI is to advance building information management and education of project teams to improve facility performance.


Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA)

Since 1950, the Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) has educated, trained, and represented the mason contractor. The MCAA promotes the use of masonry, recruits and assists in training of the industry’s workforce, impacts federal legislative and standard issues affecting contractors, and provides educational programs for the key employees of member firms. Through strong programs, publications, and services, the MCAA promotes the interests of its members. By promoting the use of masonry, influencing reasonable codes and standards, workforce development and public affairs, the association actively advances the use of masonry.


National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)

Since it was founded in the early 1940s, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has served as the voice of America’s housing industry, working to ensure that housing is a national priority and that all Americans have access to safe, decent, and affordable housing, whether they choose to buy a home or rent. A federation of more than 700 state and local associations, NAHB represents more than 140,000 members.Each year, NAHB's members construct about 80% of the new homes built in the United States, both single- and multi-family.


American Institute of Architects (AIA)

Since 1857, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) has advocated for the value of architecture and gives architects the resources they need to do their best work. The work of AIA drives positive change through the power of design. The AIA has a long history of requiring that its members adhere to the highest ethical standards and are committed to broadening equity, diversity, and inclusion to create a stronger profession.


Central Minnesota Builders Association (CMBA)

Central Minnesota Builders Association (CMBA) got its start in 1971 by a small group of builders and associate members. Their goal was to increase the professionalism and quality of the homebuilding industry through advocating for the industry while educating and engaging members. Over the years the association has grown to include builders, remodelers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other professionals who support the building industry. Members subscribe to a defined code of ethics. All builder and remodeler members are licensed through the state of Minnesota and must comply with the rules, regulations, and continuing education requirements set by state statute.


Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM)

BAM’s mission is to help our members excel in the Minnesota residential construction industry. Through legislation, regulation, and litigation, we provide members with a competitive advantage. Our services include code guides, contract templates, legal advocacy, and the industry voice at the Minnesota State Capitol. Since 1974, the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM) has represented members and their businesses at the Minnesota State Capitol, before regulatory agencies, and before the state’s courts of law. Industry unity is good business.


Minnesota Chamber of Commerce

Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association (MNLA)

The Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association (MNLA) is the region's oldest and largest horticultural trade association. The organization was originally formed in 1925 as the Minnesota State Nurseryman’s Association. In 1988, the organization’s name was changed to the Minnesota Nursery and Landscape Association to accurately reflect the diversity of its members. MNLA is dedicated to helping its members by providing continuing education, providing tools for industry marketing, monitoring and influencing government affairs, promoting professionalism, responsibly improving and maintaining our environment, providing opportunities for financial benefits, and promoting member networking.
